Functions of the Data Management Department

• Manage the collection, coordination and verification of data and official University information on an ongoing basis;
• Distribute data reports periodically to stakeholders such as the Ministry of Education according to the specified period; and
• Provide data analysis to improve performance in meeting strategic data needs.

• Coordinate data entry, validation and quality in the MyMOHES system; and
• Distribute reports periodically to stakeholders such as KPT, LPU, UTeM Management, stakeholders and others.
