Functions of the High Impact Initiative Management & Monitoring Department

MANAGEMENT AND MONITORING OF HIGH-IMPACT INITIATIVES

  • Monitor and coordinate the implementation of high-impact initiatives for the University;
  • Coordinate high-impact initiatives to achieve the objectives of the University's Strategic Plan;
  • Ensure control strategies are implemented at every level of management in the success of high-impact initiatives;
  • Conducting a study on the effectiveness of the University's strategic initiatives; and
  • Provide periodic reporting related to Management of high-impact initiatives.
